The Candela V Beam laser is the newest technology in the treatment of facial veins, facial redness from acne or Rosacea, the treatment of acne and acne scarring, skin discoloration, brown spots and stretch marks.

ACNE
The V Beam shrinks the sebaceous oil glands which is the root cause of acne. The laser also stimulates porphyrin production reducing bacterial count on the skin, another cause of acne. The laser also helps eliminate acnes unsightly side effects. By stimulating collagen production and decreasing facial redness, the V Beam laser can improve scars left by acne as well as diminish the acne itself

BROWN SPOTS The V Beam can also be used to help reduce brown spots. At a wavelength of 595 nanometers the peak absorption of melanin, the V Beam removes superficial brown spots the have developed over time from sun damage and aging.

STRETCH MARKS
Stretch marks are caused by the rapid growth or shrinkage of skin, which results in damage to the underlying collagen. The V Beam laser heats the underlying tissue, which results in the growth of new collagen, thus diminishing the stretch marks. The use of topical growth factors such as vitamin C and copper peptide serums will enhance the results of the laser.

ROSACEA
Rosacea can also be treated with the V Beam laser. When administered at low energy levels, the V Beam laser can even out pigmentation of the skin and decrease redness by closing off unnecessary facial vessels.
